I call it the Suebie Special. It's a thin crust pizza with bacon, mushroom, beef mince, pizza sauce, bbq sauce, rosemary, thyme and my secret ingredient..... KFC Hot and Spicy Chicken. I used the new pizza stone the wonderful Christine bought us for Xmas and cheated a bit with a premade Aldo's pizza base. The pizza was crispy and it wasn't greasy at all in spite of the mound of mozarella I piled on top. I attribute this to the stone.I've just had a wonderful thought.... dessert pizza? :)
