Asian Rice Pudding


1/4 cup black glutinous rice
1/4 cup glutinous rice
2 and a half cup of water
1/4 cup palm sugar
1-2 pandan leaves

1/4 cup coconut cream to serve

Put rice, water, pandan and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer on low heat for 40 minutes and serve warm with coconut cream.
